I’m Agnieszka, though most know me as Agni—meaning “fire” in Sanskrit. 🔥 Originally from Poland and now based in sunny Spain, I am a proud mother of two and a passionate advocate for living a healthy, balanced life. My journey with yoga began over a decade ago as a quest to relieve chronic back pain, but it quickly blossomed into a life-changing path of transformation, growth, and healing.
My first encounter with yoga was through Iyengar classes. I initially hoped to ease my lower back pain, but yoga gave me so much more than I expected. It didn’t just heal my pain—it reshaped my approach to health, well-being, and life itself.
One pivotal moment stands out: I asked my teacher to help me master a headstand, expecting a quick tutorial. Instead, we spent hours focusing on the basics, like standing correctly. Learning to align my body in Tadasana (Mountain Pose) taught me the profound importance of small, mindful adjustments in daily habits—how we stand, sit, and move—and their impact on our overall health. It was my turning point in understanding the depth of yoga.
Over the years, I have explored many yoga styles, including Yin, Vinyasa, Bikram, Kriya, and Hatha. Each has offered unique insights, from releasing tension through deep stretches in Yin Yoga to building strength and burning toxins in Hatha Yoga.
Yoga has shown me how deeply interconnected our physical habits and mental state are. Often, the stress and anxiety we experience stem from how we neglect our bodies. By introducing simple, effective yoga practices into everyday life—breathwork, movement, and mindful habits—we can transform our mental and physical health.
The word “Ignis” means fire, representing the passion and energy that yoga ignites in our lives. My classes are not just about yoga poses; they are a journey toward real transformation. I focus on personalized programs to help you:
I am currently expanding my knowledge through Kriya Yoga teacher training, which emphasizes the power of breathwork and its incredible impact on mental and physical health. I also incorporate dietary adjustments and detox practices to maximize the benefits of yoga.
